Since 1981, the Law Offices of Stanley C. Franklin has exclusively represented the rights of seriously injured people in Los Angeles and throughout California. In our thirty eight years, we have forged a reputation as one of Southern California’s preeminent plaintiff side litigation firms. With the combined effort of Stanley’s two sons who joined the firm in 2010, we are proud to announce we have increased the value of our claims and obtained several multi-million dollar settlements.

Stanley C. Franklin
Stanley Franklin has been practicing law for nearly 40 years, exclusively representing the rights of injured people. With his experience, he has gained much insight into the practice of law and how insurance companies and big corporations operate.
Stanley has often said that insurance companies tend to follow the three “D’s” in their approach to facing claims and lawsuits: delay, defend and deny. Overcoming the three “D’s” requires knowledge, patience and experience. Stanley certainly has all these attributes and has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
Within the past forty years, Stanley has helped clients in cases such as motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, product defect cases, slip and fall accidents, premises liability cases, burn injuries, wrongful death cases, dog bites and more recently, rideshare accidents.
Stanley has volunteered for Bet Tzedek Legal Services providing pro bono legal services for the poor, elderly, underprivileged and disabled. He also has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court and as an arbitrator and mediator. His dedication and devotion to these causes has provided him with a solid foundation to the practice of law and has allowed him to share his good fortune with others in the community.
Stanley is a member of The Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and The Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). He is a member of The State Bar of California, The United States District Court for the Central District of California, The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as well as The Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Danny I. Franklin
Danny is a creative thinker and a resourceful problem solver. He takes a collaborative approach to resolving all cases. Since only about 10% of all cases go to trial, Danny has focused his efforts on mastering the craft of alternative dispute resolution.
Danny has substantial experience in arbitration, mediation and negotiation. Among his accomplishments, he was awarded the Excellence in Achievement in the Art of Negotiation while attending Southwestern Law school. He has taken his experiences as a storyteller/writer and applied them to his law practice, focusing on retelling his client’s narratives in the most engaging and empathetic manner.
Danny attended Southwestern Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association and The State Bar of California since 2010. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as well as The United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Joshua J. Franklin
Joshua Franklin, while sharing his father’s vision, brings his own unique, young and aggressive style to the firm. Joshua focuses on litigating complex personal injury, wrongful death and product defect cases on behalf of plaintiffs. He also represents employees in labor and employment cases, including wrongful termination and discrimination cases.
Joshua attended Southwestern Law School. During law school, Joshua worked for a prestigious plaintiff trial firm where he worked on high profile, high exposure personal injury, product defect and labor and employment cases in both State and Federal Court. He was able to successfully hone his litigation skills and has brought these skills to the firm.
Joshua is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association and is actively involved in the New Lawyer’s Group of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Joshua was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2010. He is also admitted to practice before The United States Court of Appeals for Ninth Circuit as well as The United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Pari Franklin
Mrs. Franklin is the co-founder, office administrator and matriarch of our law firm. She has been working alongside her husband, Stanley, since day one in 1981. She came to this country with a bachelor's degree in business administration. However, when she met Stanley, she continued to pursue a legal education and remains up to date on all legal matters relating to personal injury, and beyond. Not only is she an asset to this law office, but has been a mother not only to Danny and Josh, but also to all of our clients. She is the heart of our family run firm, and she is an excellent communicator in multiple languages, including English, Farsi, Hebrew and Spanish.
